Changing the automatic emails to make more sense to volunteers

Hi,

our first set of automatic emails just went out to our volunteers. It reads like this:

Hi Graham,

This is a quick email to remind you that you are scheduled on the following:

Sunday, February 2, 2014

- Sunday Service Running / Service Running / Supper at 5:00 PM (5pm at 5pm Church)

Look forward to seeing you there!

Is there a way to have this simply say they are on 'Supper at 5:00PM'? The whole - 'Sunday Service Running / Service Running / Supper at 5:00 PM (5pm at 5pm Church)' thing is pretty confusing & I've just had a volunteer panic thinking he's rostered on for running the service.

Hi Steve

Thanks for your post! The email is built based on names you have set up:

Department - Sub Department - Role, then in brackets the time and name of the service.

Perhaps you could modify the name of the department and sub department away from 'service running' to help with that confusion?
