Printing Notes on Kid Check-In Labels (e.g., Allergies)

I'm trying to figure out a way to add allergies (e.g., nuts, etc.) to kid check-in labels. The only way I can figure to add a custom 'field' like that to a child is to create a note category called 'Allergies,' and record it there.

Then when I add [notes] to the check-in label template, will it only print that note? How do I tell it which notes to put on a label, particularly if I have multiple notes or note categories?

Thanks for the help!

Hi Josh,

Thanks for your message. The best option is to create a Custom Field called 'Allergies'. While doing this you can add that field to the check-in screen so that when editing a child from the Check-in area, you can add and modify this value.

You can then add this new Custom Field to your labels by editing your labels in Settings -> Check-in Settings and by dragging the 'Allergies' field into the label text box. When you print a label, it will include whatever text you have in that 'Allergies' text box for that child.

Let me know if you need any further clarification

Thanks so much! That is exactly what I was looking for, but I just couldn't figure out how to add a custom field.

You guys have a great tool here that combines pretty much everything we need in one package. Thanks for all you're doing!
