Expanded Attendee Query Functionality

Greetings!

I'm trying to create some reports/people views that would allow us to identify people who we want to check up on, based on attendance (amongst other criteria)… The idea being, if an individual hasn't attended a service or group w/ X amount of days, we can add to a people flow to further follow-up on…

In order to do this though, I purpose the following addition to the 'attendance' parts of queries…

int DaysSinceLastAttendedServiceOrGroup

int DaysSinceLastAttendedService

int DaysSinceLastAttendedGroup

This is different than the current "Has/HasNot attended…in the last (n)Days/Weeks/Months" as it would allow us to identify different "at risk levels"..

For example…

PeopleView1 (perhaps "minor at risk") have not seen person in 15-30 days…

conditions:

(1)Person is Member

AND

(2)DaysSinceLastAttendedServiceOrGroup IsBetween 15 and 30

Results: 12people….(take some action/add to people flow)

PeopleView2 (perhaps "minor at risk") have not seen person in 30-60 days…

conditions:

(1)Person is Member

AND

(2)DaysSinceLastAttendedServiceOrGroup IsBetween 31 and 60

Results: 20 people….(take some action/add to people flow)

PeopleView3 (perhaps "major at risk") have not seen person in 60-90 days

conditions:

(1)Person is Member

AND

(2)DaysSinceLastAttendedServiceOrGroup IsBetween 61 and 90

Results: 8 people….(take some action/add to people flow)

PeopleView4 (perhaps "major at risk") have not seen person in more than 90 days

conditions:

(1)Person is Member

AND

(2)DaysSinceLastAttendedServiceOrGroup IsGreaterThan 90

Results: 4 people….(take some action/add to people flow)

Having this type of information would help lead to us being able to create reports and ultimately a "members health" type of dash board so that people don’t slip through the cracks…

Thoughts?

As always…thank you!

...sorry about the multiple posts!!!!!  It kept telling me the "captcha" was failing when I submitted...please remove my duplicates.  :)

Hi Isaac!

I've removed the duplicate posts for you. Those pesky Captcha's can be a pain at times.

There's an existing feature request that would suit well with this, and I've added your support to this request.

Hope this helps,

Stewart
