Since there's currently no option to add custom and/or repeating availability data (which I would love to see someday), we have created a note category for volunteers called "Scheduling Notes".
I would love to be able to run a report for our schedulers that would use a "has notes in category 'scheduling notes' " criteria.
Is this possible? As far as I can tell the only search criteria regarding notes is "has notes".

Under People > Reports, there's an option for a "People Notes" report which should do what you're wanting to achieve.
