We use the scheduled email reminder before the service each week. The "from" address it uses is the Super Admin, but the Super Admin then ends up getting replies which are not relevant, and having to work out who to send them to, and they get lost.
Is there a way to change that "from" address, and if not, could you please make it possible?

The automatic emails go from the Default Sending address under Settings > Account. If this isn't set, it uses the email address for the contact person of your account which is also set in the same area.
You'll want to make sure that the "Default Sending Address" is set to a relevant email address.
If you manually send the notifications though, they'll be sent from the person that sends the notifications.
